Lost or Damaged Packages
f your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at mountainluxebags@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Mountain Luxe Bags is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, though we’ll do our best to assist in locating them.
