Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Mountain Luxe purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns on all non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received. Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Custom Orders
Each custom piece is made exclusively for you. Because of the personalized nature of these items, custom and made-to-order purchases are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. Please review your order carefully before submitting to ensure every detail is just right.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at mountainluxebags@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
